Open "Alight Motion"

1. Click Create Icon (+)

2. Select "Ratio"

3. Click "Create Project"

4. Click Plus Icon

5. Add Video & Rectangle Shape

6. Place Rectangle Shape Above The Video Layer

7. Rectangle Layer » Effect » Others » Copy Background

8. Colour & Light » Replace Color » Standard Settings
